Raman spectroscopic study of phonon dynamics and structural evolution in BaBiO3

У даному дослідженні за допомогою раманівської спектро скопії проведено аналіз динаміки фононів у вісмутаті барію 3 у температурному діапазоні 5–300 К. Вивчається взаємодія між коливаннями кристалічної решітки, електронною поведінкою та структурним фазовим переходом у BaBiO3 — питання, що становлять значний інтерес через актуальність матеріалу для високотемпературної надпровідності. Нами помічено аномальну зміну у фононних спектрах, зумовлену структурним фазовим переходом від далекосяжної моноклінної симетрії I2/m до симетрії P21/n при температурі, наближеній до 140 К. Було виявлено локальні структурні флуктуації всередині фази I2/m, які можуть бути пов’язані з фазою P21/n. Крім того, були виявлені інтенсивні поляризаційно-залежні обертонні смуги, пов’язані з умовами передрезонансного лазерного збудження та вираженим електрон-фононним зв’язком. У раманівських спектрах виявлено також поляризаційно-залежну електронну смугу поблизу 2,3 еВ (при температурі 5 К), яка інтерпретується як розсіювання фотонів, обумовлене електронною зонною структурою. Отримані результати пропонують нові перспективи щодо електронних та коливальних властивостей BaBiO3 , підкреслюючи важливість поглиблених спектроскопічних досліджень для глибокого розуміння складної фізики цього матеріалу. Ця робота не лише розширює фундаментальні знання про перовскітні оксиди, але й закладає основу для дослідження їхнього потенціалу в майбутніх технологічних застосуваннях.
