Effective bulk modulus elastographic study of concentration-tunable PVDF-V2O3 electrospun composite films

Тонкі плівки полі(вініліденфториду) (PVDF), що містять оксид ванадію(III) (V2O3) у концентраціях 0, 5, 15 і 25 мас. %, виготовлено для дослідження їхніх структурних, механічних і п’єзоелектричних характеристик. Усі плівки одержано з використанням однакових розчинникових систем і параметрів електроформування, що забезпечило однакові умови синтезу та можливість коректного порівняння результатів. Для визначення динамічного модуля об’ємної пружності плівок застосовано метод еластометрії ефективного модуля об’ємної пружності (EBME), який виявив залежність механічної жорсткості від складу, зумовлену мікроструктурними змінами. П’єзоелектричний відгук, оцінений за коефіцієнтом d33, виявився істотно вищим для плівки PVDF–V2O3 (5 мас. %) порівняно як із чистим PVDF, так і зі зразками з вищим вмістом оксиду. Таке поліпшення, імовірно, пов’язане з оптимізацією міжфазної поляризації та взаємодії між матрицею і наповнювачем за низьких концентрацій останнього. Крім того, зміна вмісту V2O3 зумовлювала помітні відмінності в товщині та пористості плівок, що, своєю чергою, впливало як на модуль пружності, так і на п’єзоелектричні властивості. Отримані результати дають підстави розглядати склад PVDF–V2O3 (5 мас. %) як перспективний матеріал для п’єзоелектричних сенсорних застосувань, оскільки він забезпечує вдале поєднання механічної міцності та функціонального відгуку.
