Resonant excitation of single and coupled qubits for coherent quantum control and microwave detection

Анотація

Резонансне збудження робить можливим когерентний контроль квантових систем, що включають поодинокі та зв’язані кубіти. Також переходи у квантовій системі можуть бути використані для детектування мікрохвильових фотонів. Теоретично досліджено резонансні багатофотонні збудження в системі кубітів. Коли енергія K фотонів співпадає з енергетичним розщепленням кубіта, поглинання цих фотонів призводить до колективного збудження кубітів. Ми зосереджуємося на випадку двох зв’язаних кубітів і аналізуємо квантову динаміку як процесу збудження, так і процесу релаксації. В окремому випадку, коли розглядається лише один кубіт, а іншими кубітами можна знехтувати, є можливим аналітичний опис динаміки. Досліджено багатофотонні резонанси, зсув Блоха–Зігерта та інверсну заселеність — явища, що є центральними як для когерентного квантового контролю, так і для детектування мікрохвильових фотонів.
