Development of TiN/Ni–9.5 at.% W paramagnetic composite substrates for 2G high-temperature superconductors

Досліджено можливості виготовлення двошарових стрічокпідкладок на основі парамагнітного сплаву Ni–W із покриттям TiN, які можуть використовуватися як «seed layer» в архітектурі надпровідників другого покоління (2G HTS). Дослідження проводилися у таких напрямках: синтез, механічна та термічна обробка сплавів Ni–W з кубічною гранецентрованою (fcc) кристалічною структурою, а також вивчення впливу умов осадження TiN на можливість керування властивостями двошарової системи TiN/Ni–9,5 ат.% W. Було виявлено ефект взаємного впливу між підкладкою та покриттям, що призводить до корельованого підвищення ступеня кубічної текстури {001} у обох компонентах двошарової системи.
