Continuous and topological phase transitions in the Josephson medium of granular high-temperature superconductor DyBa2Cu3O7–δ

У роботі вперше проведено фундаментальні дослідження впливу магнітоактивних атомів рідкісноземельних металів, що містяться в структурі 1:2:3 високотемпературного надпровідника (HTSC), на перебіг безперервних і топологічних фазових переходів у джозефсонівському середовищі дворівневих високотемпературних надпровідників на прикладі гранулярного HTSC DyBa2Cu3O7–δ. Показано, що наявність магнітоактивних атомів і ненульового внутрішнього магнітного поля Hint підсилює процеси дисипації та призводить до суттєвого зниження критичних температур безперервних фазових переходів, які протікають в області існування резистивності джозефсонівського середовища, але не впливає на характер топологічних фазових переходів, що узгоджується з раніше встановленою незалежністю топологічних фаз, які виникають в результаті фазового переходу Березінськго–Костерліца–Таулеса (BKT), від типу зовнішнього впливу.
