Temperature dependence of the order parameter and dielectric susceptibility for the ferroelectric– incommensurate–paraelectric phase transitions in NaNO2

Фазові переходи між фероелектричною, неспівмірною та параелектричною фазами в NaNO2 досліджено в межах феноменологічної моделі Ландау. Вільну енергію Ґіббса розкладено за спонтанною поляризацією Ps та параметром порядку Ψ з білінійним (PsΨ) і біквадратичним (Ps2 Ψ2) зв’язком у неспівмірній фазі. Спонтанна поляризація Ps та параметр порядку Ψ розраховано як функцію температури з використанням літературних даних. Шляхом вилучення значень діелектричної сприйнятливості χ з наведених у літературі значень діелектричної сталої ϵ також розраховано її температурну залежність для досліджуваних фазових переходів у NaNO2. У межах наведеної тут моделі середнього поля також можуть бути досліджені впливи тиску та електричного поля на параметри порядку і діелектричну сприйнятливість χ для фазових переходів фероелектрик–неспівмірна фаза–параелектрик у NaNO2.
