Influence of As2O3 vapor pressure on phase formation and superconducting properties of Tl-2212 HTS

Високотемпературний надпровідник Tl2–xAsxBa2CaCu2O8+δ (Tl-2212), легований As, був синтезований двостадійним методом. На першому етапі багатофазний прекурсор Ba2CaCu2Oy був отриманий методом in situ полімеризації, а на другому етапі Tl та As були одночасно введені як легуючі домішки (x = 0,5–2,0 мас.%). Останній етап синтезу проводився в закритій кварцовій трубці під тиском кисню 2 атм. Незаміщений зразок показав температуру початку надпровідного переходу Tc (початок) ≈ 107 K. Зразок, легований 1,5 мас.% As, показав найвищу Tc (початок) ≈ 114,5 K. Однак подальше заміщення на 2,0 мас.% As призвело до зниження температури переходу. Примітно, що зразок з 0,5 мас.% As продемонстрував значне підвищення міжзернової критичної густини струму, перевищуючи показники зразка без As. Загалом, результати показали, що помірне легування триоксидом миш’яку (As2O3, x = 0,5– 1,5 мас.%) підвищує критичну температуру початку надпровідного переходу, тоді як вищі рівні легування (1,0–2,0 мас.%) негативно впливають на міжзернову критичну густину струму.
